Our products are subject to rigorous testing and meet
the following standards:
ADHESION
The adhesion of the finish is tested using
the Gross Hatch and American Nickel Methods. Our product showed good adhesion
and passed both methods. |
COLD CHECK
Each finished panel is exposed to ten cycles.
One cycle consists of one hour at 70 C, two hours at minus 20 C and one
half hour at room temperature. This test is equal to, or more severe than,
ASTM 1211-87. No cracking occurred. |
CHEMICAL TEST
Our panels are exposed to the following household
chemicals for a period of 24 hours: Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice,
Ketchup, Coffee, Olive Oil, 100% Alcohol, 1% Dish Detergent in Water and
Mustard (period: one hour). None of these chemicals has any effect on the
panel. |
