SYSTEM: Rollcoat system consisting of staining, brushing, two sealer stations and one top coat station.

Product Standards

Our products are subject to rigorous testing and meet the following standards:

ADHESION
The adhesion of the finish is tested using the Gross Hatch and American Nickel Methods. Our product showed good adhesion and passed both methods.

COLD CHECK
Each finished panel is exposed to ten cycles. One cycle consists of one hour at 70 ºC, two hours at minus 20 ºC and one half hour at room temperature. This test is equal to, or more severe than, ASTM 1211-87. No cracking occurred.

CHEMICAL TEST
Our panels are exposed to the following household chemicals for a period of 24 hours: Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Ketchup, Coffee, Olive Oil, 100% Alcohol, 1% Dish Detergent in Water and Mustard (period: one hour). None of these chemicals has any effect on the panel.
